On December 18, 2018 President Trump tweeted that the border wall would not be made of concrete but of “artistically designed steel slats, so that you can see through it ….It will be beautiful and, at the same time, give our Country the security that our citizens deserve.” This is my (second) quilt brick for the Border Wall Quilt Project. I added green leafy vines up the steel slates to add help “beautify” the wall.
